Your future is changing

the planes are crashing

I remember that day
in my kindergarden class
suddenly the whole world changed.
I heard the phone ring,
I saw my teacher crying
on that sad, sad day.

Before I knew it
the school was closeing.
Before I knew it
my mom had come
She said get in the car
we had to get home fast - ly.

when we got home,
thousands of people had died.
when the terrorist came,
and destroyed our lifes.

Before I knew it
The news mad said.  "2985 were dead"
Before I knew it
New York was fallin'

The twin towers,
fell to the ground.
on September 11, 2000 and 1.
Now that look back, on that terrible day,
I know it seemed so far away
But it seems like it happened yesturday.
